My wife and I are thankful for the help and great service you have done for us in acquiring the mortgage for our house. Dear George

We have been hearing from friends that the process of buying either a resale or new home could be very demanding physically and mentally especially for new homebuyers. We would say that indeed it was. You have to take care a lot of things like searching for the house itself, a realtor, broker and your financial capability.

Like anybody else, we had doubts as to who should we get as our broker. Fortunately, we were able to meet George Samson who took care of our mortgage. The very best thing about him is that he explains everything starting from the basics of the mortgage. From there, you can throw every question you have and he will answer to the best he can. Right from the very first meeting, we were able to feel that he is honest and knows his stuff. Though it was our very own decision, his inputs helped us a lot in choosing what type of mortgage we need. He suggests what is best but will not force you to decide right there and then. During the mortgage approval process, we had some interruptions but he was able to guide us through lawfully.

George is a great mortgage professional. We can tell that he got the know-how based on our own experience. For sure, we are going to recommend him to our friends too who will be needing mortgage services in the future.
